How to wake up well in the morning?


1) Never use alarm to wake up in morning. Let your body decide when you should wake up. It's all depended on your diet and thoughts or emotions. If possible sleep early to get up on time in the morning. The kind of sound you wake up with determine the quality of your day and your future. Alarm is not right sound to wake up with.


2) Rub your palm together and then place over your eyes. You might know that there are many nerve endings at your palm. As you wake up there is sudden rise in metabolic activities. So by rubbing the palm together and place it over eyes your sense get awake. Even if you are feeling sleepy after doing it you will feel awake. 

3) When you get up, role towards right and get up. Your heart is affected when you role towards left and wake.

4) Wake up with Smile. You must know that nearly quarter million don't wake every morning. And if you wake up that needs a celebration. You can celebrate with smile. All your near and dears are also alive, that means you need another great smile.


5) You must plan your day. Get ready to face the difficulties you will get through out the day. You must be in the positive feel to face your difficulties. You must be ready to tackle your challenges. Pray to god to give you strength.
