There are many way to practice to get up early in the morning. I am damn sure if you practical the steps below, You will regularly wake up early. Let me explain you step wise.
1) Let us suppose you want to wake up at 4:30am in the morning.
2) Keep alarm for 4:30am.
3) Keep a 500 rupees note on a table near bed while you go to sleep.
4) Now in next morning let alarm ring, and you try to wake up.
5) If you fail to wake at 4:30am then tear the 500 rupees.
6) Continue the same for the next day also. Remember you have to tear the note.
7) I am damn sure on third day you will wake up before 4:30am. You might also wake without alarm.
This was simple trick to wake up early with only 1000 rupees. This is much less amount you pay for changing you habit.
